Bells, Charms & Whistles is subject to the Danish Personal Data Act, and thus the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which takes effect on May 25, 2018. Any processing of personal data and personally sensitive data is subject to the new rules. According to the new rules, Bells, Charms & Whistles is to be the data controller for the information that is registered about customers and visitors of www.bellscharmswhistles.com, our newsletter, when you move around our website (read cookies) or when you purchase jewelry using the webshop (name, address, telephone number and e-mail address are collected in order to execute the order).

You are always entitled to an exchange and/or refund within 14 days from date of receipt. Goods should be returned in their original packaging. They are to be unused other than for the purpose of trying on for fit. If there is evidence to suggest that the goods have been used to a degree such as to decrease the value of the product, the customer loses his/her right to exercise a return. We only credit the credit card which was used for the purchase. You are responsible for the return expenses as well as delivery expences when shopping at bellscharmswhistles.com.
The return of the products has to be addressed to Bells, Charms & Whistles, Fredericiagade 33, 1. 1310 KBH K, Denmark.
Bells, Charms & Whistles will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping – therefor we recommend an insured shipping method with a tracking number. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after Bells, Charms & Whistles receives the returned products. Note that delivery expences will not be refunded.
If you wish to exchange your product, please note that you will have to return the product and place a new order.
Your purchased item(s) will be shipped as soon as possible. You will receive your parcel within 3-8 days after you have placed the order. Orders within Denmark will be shipped to your nearest package shop. Orders outside Denmark will be delivered to your address. When placing your order, Bells, Charms & Whistles will send you an order confirmation, and you will recieve your tracking number, from our shipping company, when your order has been shipped.
Bells, Charms & Whistles cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.
PURCHASE OF GOODS
In connection with the purchase of goods from Bells, Charms & Whistles you must fill in your personal information such as name, address and payment information. Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail.
Bells, Charms & Whistles have the ambition that the website is always up and running, however we cannot guarantee this. Bells, Charms & Whistles can not guarantee that all jewelry are available, at the time you place your order. If the jewelry is no longer available, you’ll be contacted by email shortly after your order.
We cannot guarantee that colours on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are over 18 years and are an authorized user of the credit card or debit card used for the transaction, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
DUTY AND VAT
Are you ordering from an EU country you will have to pay Danish VAT but no duty under the rules of free movement of goods. Are you ordering from a country outside the EU you will not have to pay the Danish VAT, but you may have to pay additional tax and/or duties in the country of destination. Bells, Charms & Whistles cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. The same applies for returned products. Please note that this may delay delivery because of the goods being held up in customs.
